Mfp M375nw. says jam in fuser.

Strange, copy or print. It will do the job. then after it says jam in fuser. Open back door to reset and ready to go again. Nothing there. Any thoughts. Thanks

There is an actuator in the back door(cover) that gets bent sometimes ,need to have close look at that if that is bent or spring has came off.
