enterprise m775 scanner replaced now prints are blurry, copies are good as are test

the machine was throwing error codes,Replaced the scanner last Friday when I was done the customers is complaining about blurry scans, but when I generate a test or make a copy the copies are not blurry. I did run the scanner initialize procedure but still blurry. I checked the settings for compression and it is set to 1200 dpi can't figure whats up.

I would reseat any ribbons removed and reseat the hdd and formatter. The old digital senders would go blurry after the first scan. There was a calibration procedure that fixed it.
