Anyone know what would cause it to get mishandled page, print a faded page, run cleaning cycle then reprint same page?

I don't know about the faded page.
I do know that if the pickup isn't perfect, it'll run for a while, and then reprint the same page (sometimes, it'll run a 'cleaning page' before reprinting).
On some of these, if I'm not using OEM rollers, I have clean the new roller with rubber cleaner (I actually use Goo-off, bought from Krogers), then clean it with windex before it works. -

By "mishandled page" Did you mean Mispick?
Replace paper feed rollers as a set. Pick up, Feed and separation rollers.
If it doesn't feed into the registration rollers correctly it will go into cleaning mode. its cleaning all the toner laid down on the transfer "ITB" and then will keep doing this untill it feeds correctly.
