HP Ink advantage K109A black ink keeps flashing

Hi,

I am a copier guy and need some help on my personal printer HP Ink advantage K109A.

Been using this for years at home and only use original inks. lately it just keeps flashing Black Ink empty. i bought and installed a new ink and still same problem. i cleaned the contacts on the ink carriage and still the same problem. Would appreciate some pointers and where can i get disassembly guide or manual.
