[Misc] HP CP1025 poor quality after turn on.

    Hi guys

After replacing the fuser, every time I turn on the machine, it prints only the black with a low quality.
I open and close the back door and it prints all the colors normally.
If all day is turned on, after opening and closing the back door, it will print the colors normally, but if you turn it off and on, it does not print color and the black color looks bad.
I already tested with another back door and another Belt, but I did not succeed.

    Can someone help me?

I attached the image with bad quality and the normal quality.

Do you get the image on the transfer belt? Probably not. Something not assembled ok.Inspect laser shutter.Try to calibrate.Any errors?
If it ain't broke, don't fix it

      Thanks for listening!

I noticed that when the printer has the quality issue, the colored toner exits the Belt and stops at the Transfer Roller, soiling the back of the next paper. This Transfer Roller is attached to the back cover, so it is transferring the image to the Belt.

Probably has something to do with the spongey transfer roller then.

As said before, something isn't assembled right.
