[Misc] hp clj cm 2320 always cleaning and calibrating

My customer likes the machine but hates that it will run 4-5 pages then go into this cleaning thing, and hold up the use of the machine for 2-3 minutes.I seem to remember on some of these going into a section and stopping this from happening as often as it does now. Calibrating has a control for calibrating, how can I control cleaning

are you sure it's not a no-pick-up jam resulting in transfer belt cleaning

if so replace rollers

Yeah, if the machine thinks there was a misfeed (or even if it thinks the timing on the paper is slightly off) it will go into that cleaning mode. Replace the PU roller and the sep roller with OEM rollers, clean them well, and see what happens.
