    [Jamming] M527- duplex jams

Paper skews and jams on re-feed. comes out of exit and starts to re-feed then jams. Code is 13.d3.a2.
Few parts listed in manual, but there is a clutch, paper re-pickup assembly (M501/M506 duplex LCD and MF models) RM2-8514-000CN listed. I was looking for a solenoid to apply pressure, but found this. no rollers or gate listed.
Is this what I need? Googleing the code was a non starter too.
    TIA

that jam isn't covered real well in the manual. I had the same issue on a M525dn and the clutch was the culprit.

I can see it causing a jam, but it's kind of odd for a clutch to create a skew.

Comes out straight, but refeeds skewed. Got clutch today, figured pressure was off, barely moves when it refeeds. Let you know what happens
