    [Misc] HP LJ Pro 400 M425 sends blank faxes

    I have a HP pro 400 m425 that intermittently sends blank fax pages, also copies blank pages intermittently. I have pulled machine into shop, re-seated all connectors. Tested in shop for two weeks with no failure. brought it back and in one day had a report of the same problem. I put a sticker on the ADF "face up" Any suggestions??

      sounds like paper separation isn't always working... check your sep rollers

          This might be the dumbest reply you get here, so I apologize in advance.
          Still, as it appears that you are not sending the faxes in question, you may want to observe the people that are in case they are occasionally putting the documents to be scanned in the machine upside down, so that only the blank side of the paper gets scanned.
          I have seen that before.
