This lowers the cycle count but my usuage page still shows the high count of the new formatter that i have installed unfortunately

I have had to change a formatter board in one om CM4540 models. i tried firmware upgrade and a cold reset to no avail. The board i had taken out had 89, 121 pages on it but the one i replaced it with has over 300,000 pages on it. Is there a way that i can change the count to match the formatter that was removed?

This can be done in service mode. See page 625 of the service manual for instructions for entering service mode and updating the page counts, serial number, and other parameters.
