HP M602 - Offsetting after machine sits idle

I have this HP M602 I know nothing about that I've been tryi ng to fix with offsetting issues. I have replaced the fusing unit but the issue is still there. The customer has replaced the print cartridge as well. For some reason it would appear that the machine is not hot enough to print even though it states it is ready. Suggestions for this one would be met with the utmost appreciation.

This usually happens when a compatible toner is used.
If the toner is genuine the next thing is paper. It can be thicker, smoother ...
Play with paper settings or test another type of paper. Paper also can be moist.
If it's not better, the fuser can be weak too. Or even the power supply.
It's probably still under warranty.

It is possible the toner is not OEM. I have been told that the transfer roller might be kaput. Or, it could be the thermistor or the power supply. I'm trying to get just a transfer roller but that may prove difficult since we don't normally service these machines.

Make sure it's plugged directly into the wall - no surge protector or power strip
Make sure no "power hog" plugged in nearby

Try setting the fuser temp a little higher:
1. Press OK
2. Scroll to Administration and Press OK
3. Scroll to General Settings and Press OK
4. Scroll to Print Quality and Press OK
5. Scroll to Adjust Paper Types and Press OK
6. Scroll to Plain and Press OK
7. Scroll to Print Mode and Press OK
8. Scroll to Heavy Mode (or heavy paper) and Press OK
