hello gentlmen.i have problem with hp laserjet pro 200colr mfp giving me blank pages in copy or printing.the toner drum cartridge are full in good state.any help please.thanks

if you a stop test is there toner on the drum/belt?

what exactly have you done to it?

what does the service manual say for blank pages?

there is no trace of toner on itb...even on drum...thank you

yes..all completely blank pages

so there is a problem writing the image to the drum... or maybe even a transfer issue
