HP M630 not printing or copying

I have an M630 that will not copy or connect to network. Fax does not work also. No network lights. Will accept copies but not output them. Cannot print out reports No error codes on reboot. OP panel seems to function normally. It will do an engine printout from button in rear. I have disconnected network and fax cables and done a reboot. same issues. Another tech suggested formatter board. Would it be just this one board or will I get into a can of worms with other boards.
