HP M525 says close 3rd drawer door, doesnt have a 3rd drawer.

Machine says close 3rd drawer, machine doesn't have a 3rd drawer. Changed formatter, dimm, reloaded firmware. Still same. Changed paper cassette in drawer 2, same. Checked the connector under machine for the 3rd drawer, looked good, not damaged. Any one run into this problem before?

have you tried the DC controller

Replaced DC, good to go. Thanks for the info. Have had 3 DC's go bad, in about a month. Go figure. Life's still good though.
