    [Jamming] HP 300/375

Getting ready to visit this printer but haven't seen one before. Will print one page that exits into the tray and then says output bin jam, please open rear cover.
My question is : Is there a sensor for output bin or is it on the fuser ? any input would be appreciated and maybe save me some time on this billable customer

Confirmed that it will print any jobs regardless of number of pages . I tested a 25 page copy job and it printed all pages. After the last page exited into tray, that's when the 13.000 occured.
So, to me that rules out sensors. Maybe a firmware issue ?

Well. reset mvram (permanent storage initialization) and update firmware. No go.
Tech support suggested engine test to bypass formatter.
          Make any sense ?
