Check cartridges first.

In the Services test submenu,scroll to "19 Pen Alignment" and press Enter.
Alignment Finished should be displayed when completed

There is site with service manuals. Once I ordered and downloaded epson service manual, but they have HP also - Epson Service Manuals download service - repair service manuals
