Hp pagewide pro mfp 477dw not printing any black

Hi all,
I've got a HP pagewide pro MFP 477dw that will not print any black, colours are fine.
Have done all the usual printhead cleaning but no luck..
Think it's the print bar that's gone??
Have seen similar issues on the Officejet 476 and believe that this is the problem.

those print bars were CRAP... yup new bar.. if you can find one and want to tackle the job PIA!
