    HP Laserjet M4345 MFP jamming

We received a factory rebuilt 4345 put it together in the shop to test and the machine will run all day in the bypass tray 1, but trays 2 and 3 will not get past the fuser, every single time. We have racked our brains and cant find a solution. We have swapped out fusers, finishers and toners. It may be something simple but hard to find, also trays are locked in. Thanks.

Make sure you're running tests from control panel not including adf asm.

With the exception of the p/u asm and tray 2 & 3, tray 1 shares the same paper path as 2 & 3. Start with the trays and the p/u asm and work around to the registration asm. Your problem is going to be before that. The trays should not be locked in. If the rollers have not been changed it could be delay getting to the fuser or paper feed asm sensor flag out of position (behind tray 1). This machine is basically the same as 42xx/43xx series printers.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".

Turned out to be the PS112 sensor error which made the machine replaceable by warranty but I am still going to look it up in the service manual. Thanks prntrfxr.
