designjet errors 93.11 and 79.02 codes

We have a customer with a designjet 4500 and I cannot find any info online to help with troubleshooting these codes. Can someone help or PM me some info on these code. Greatly aprriciated.

I tried but cannot find a book on the 4500. On a 3800 the 79 code would be for Servo and the 93 code for hard disk. On a 500/800 there is no 79 code and the 93 code is for ink pumping failure. I do not know if any of this goes to a 4500

I only gave it a quick look but I did find one of the codes in it. The other may be there too, but I didn't spend much time on it.
