Has a brand new extra cassette add on installed , tray 3 , when this tray is used , unit gets a jam intermittently , which generates an error code of "15.A0.D3" . I am guessing that the new add on tray is defective or is their some common issue perhaps overlooked in install . I had the customer set the tray to 8 1/2 x 11 paper , it was set to any . They said this did not seem to help . I told them to contact HP to see if there was a warranty/recall issue with this add on as i did not provide it for them .

Where is the paper jammed?
Does the pickup even pull the paper?
Is paper in the cassette lifted?
Are the pins of the connector ok?Practice makes perfect
If it ain't broke, don't fix it
