    CP2025 weird paper jam

    Hi there!

I'll try to be as short as possible.

Printing from tray 1 (baypass) no problem.
Printing from tray 2: printing reports from printer menu all day long no problem.
One print from pc: Windows test page come out then jam in tray 2! When I press ok, there is another blank sheet.
Printer counter 8000.USB and network the same problem.

    What I've done so far:

    I checked the driver.(new driver,paper size settings.....)
    New pickup.
Printer Paper settings: (paper size A4,any size....etc)
    Different pc.
    Cold reset.
    I'm stuck..

    Formatter?

I also had a similar issue with a 3530 that was copy fine and print off config reports fine but when i went to print from the PC i would receive a "load tray 2 error message"

The tray is full, there is no jams around any of the sensors as i can still print off reports.
I assume the fault must lie with a setting in the driver but all seemed fine, tray 2 was set to plain A4 etc. To be sure i uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, updated firmware etc.

      Might try a formatter next.

When they heard the price of the formatter, they decided the drawer 1 was good enough.
