I've got one of these actin peculiar. Seems to not fuse the paper first thing in the morning, but after customer opens and closes lid it seems to work for the rest of the day, it also resets any settings if you turn it off and back on. The display is too light, so I set it darker and it looks fine, turn off and back on and it resets itself to 0. I wish I could still get 4100's new, never seemed to have problems without all the bells and whistles.
