DJ 130nr problem

Ive sent a tech out on this appointment already and no luck figuring out what is wrong with it so anyone who can maybe steer me in the right direction as to a part that is needed that will be greatly appreciated.

the machine has a yellow light on.. it does not read any error message. it wont print at all. thats really the sum of it.

i know its kinda vague, but that is what was relayed to me by the tech. any ideas?

give a litle more detailes. How mani prints has the echipament, then you replaced for the last thime the ink cartridges, and then you replaced the printheads. And there it is located the yelow light ( it schould be a sighn abrove it).
