Anyone run into one of these machines that just keeps rebooting? Tried all the basic stuff turning off and on unplugging ,pulled network cable just in case its a bad print job. Figure next would be trying firmware upgrade. Any other ideas? Not real experienced with this model. Thanks for any help.

Not familiar with this model in particular, but if it has an HDD, that would be my next move. A lot of the Xerox equipment goes into a reboot cycle when the HDD pukes.

A horrible line of equipment this range. We had a few out and had to pull them due to ongoing problems. Never came across the constant reboot, i would try he basics of a cold reset, firmware upgrade then you are into formatter territory. I would choose to upgrade the model than go the formatter route though.
