[Hoosierdaddy]

Customer says it doesn't print to scale. Anyone have any suggestions? Is there any settings on the Plotter itself that would cause it to do this or would it be a print driver issue?
Any help would be appreciated.

what program are they printing from?
settings for that program?

It ended up being a driver issue. I was trying to ask if there was any setting on the plotter that would have made it not print to scale.

glad you got it right...

yeah 9/10 times that problem is located in the driver
