Hi all - this is my 1st post in this forum.
We have a HP CM6040 and it is throwing up this error message 30.01.19.
2 companies look at it and both recommends replacing the printer as it is old. However, I have few users who prefer using this over a Kyocera or Fujixerox because of the colour quality.
I have seen the difference from printing a Fujixerox and this HPCM6040. The colour is totally different.

Anyone knows how to fix this issue? I can't see it in Google as well.
I have done a test of all the scanner parts and it is working.
If I send a job to this printer - it won't print until I restart it. Then it will stop working again. I am wondering if there is way to disable scanner functionality?
I was able to remove the copy/email on the control panel but error still shows up.
