Hp laserjet 500m

Hi .I have hp laserjet 500 m color it worked fine when I replaced toner cartridge 4 colors the hp boot and start up fie without errors and print only in black
The toner cartridge are original and the macHine show on screen full toner 100%.

did you pull the sealing strip on them?
