[Error Code] Hp laserjet enterprise m775 mfp

Hello There

This machine does one copy then shows an error code 59.00.Fo. I have cleaned and checked the transfer belt. changed the fuser with a known good one, and cleaned the contacts on the transfer roller and it still does the same thing.
Is there something else that I should be looking at ?

It's most likely a sticky solenoid. But it's difficult to get to the solenoid on M775.
