Have a customer that when you hit print on yahoo mail it switches to screen saying loading preview. Can print from anything else just not yahoo mail. Sounds like a job for a I.T guy but they call us. Any thoughts

Probably a browser issue.
I doubt they'll have an issue if they try a different one
