M880 Booklet Fold
Hey guys,
Got an M880 that dosen't seem to fold the booklets centre, fold position needs to move by a few mill
I've attached pictures showing the front page booklet that overlaps slightly and back (not great but best i could provide).
I'm wondering if there's an adjustment procedure to the centre fold, have a service manual and only adjustment I've found is adjusting the saddle staple position which i've tried but dosen't address the fold issue.
I no longer have use of CSN or WISE so not sure if there has been any know document issues, tried speaking to HP direct but there as much use as a wet sandwich and told me there's nothing I can do (thanks a lot ).
If relevant the machine has 1,2M cycle count, genuine consumables
