    HP 3055 MFP ?

    Hi friends my MFP 3055 works fine when i use it as a printer,copier and fax , but when i use the scanner it show error CAN NOT CONNECT from both sides , from pc to scanner or scanner to PC,
    Please any suggestions.

      Not sure about this particular machine, but most all-in-one machines have a separate scanner driver and its installed differently than the printer driver. Delete the driver program, install the scanner driver first (most scanners require installation of the program before connecting the printer), then connect the machine, & finally install the print driver. Follow instructions carefully when installing. Hope that helps
