This machine is printing real slow as if I'm printing labels. The drawer is set to plain paper, and the plain paper settings are all set to 'normal'. It prints slow whether I'm printing from the computer or I'm printing out reports. Default paper type is plain. But this printer goes about twice as slow as the machine right next to it.

Sometimes if resolution is set to high it slows down. I've also seen a corrupted driver do that too. Firmware ?Comment

Quiet mode is set to "off". Resolution is set to "FastRes 1200"... not sure what other choices are there because I'm just looking at the settings printout, but I'll tell the cust to check it. And then the Legacy Resolution is set to "Off." That might mean something as well.
