There are several different memory full errors. I would need more detail. What is the message exactly?

Fax Memory Full Canceling Recv.
Fax Memory Full Canceling Send.
Memory is low try again later
Memory is low. Only 1 Copy Made Press (ok) to Continue
Memory is low. Press OK
Memory is low. Only 1 Copy Made

Also may cause:

The product is not answering incoming fax calls

More than likely incoming faxes are exceeding fax memory. Your only recourse would be to finish printing faxes and ask persons sending faxes to resend if there were some not received. Maybe that office needs more than one fax machine. I could be missing something as this machine is relatively new.
