One machine has the issue more than the other. This more problematic machine we’ve installed the fusing drive unit. 2 weeks later the fuser was damaged again. Just now we installed the DC Controller board to see if we could rectify the problem.
Has anyone else encountered this issue/ know the fix? Thanks in advance.
could they be running inkjet paper or thick but not defining it?

are the fusers installed correctly and screwed in tight?

    OEM fuser or rebuilt?

Customer is using Tru Red Printed Paper 20 pound bond.

      Fusers secured properly.

Tried both OEM and Rebuilt fusing units.
