One of my clients has a just out of warranty 7310 that has developed a cartridge error. She has only replaced the cartridges once during ownership. (Bought new) HP T-shot the problem and told her to buy a new one. Anywho, I tried removing the new black and replacing with the old, and vice versa, but it kept saying error with right cartridge. At least the problem has been narrowed down to the black cartridge area.
What do ya'll suggest I try next?

I also tried cleaning the contacts on both cartridges before replacing and still same issue.
