I Have a client that asked me about connecting their Mac (Mojave) to an HP P4014. I looked at driver downloads and found a ps for windows but do not see anything specifically for Mac. Is there a Mac os driver for the P4014N?

The newest Mac OS version driver I see for this model is OS X10.11 (El Capitan). I'm not sure it would work for that printer, but you could always give it a shot.
You're looking at a machine that's going on 13 years old though (model released 05/2008). This is one of the ways manufacturers get people to upgrade their machines. They simply stop writing print drivers for them, basically turning them into expensive paperweights.
