Help HP CP5225 Stopped Printing Reds Magenta Toner Shows 80% Full

My printer was printing fine 2 days ago and when I went to print today its not printing reds for some reason, I didn't change any settings. I printed the diagnostic reports the page with all the numbers appears to have all the colors but the other page with the random color blocks shows the magenta line at the top did not print correctly which I circled. There are also random blocks on this page that are supposed to be solid magenta but all that printed is a line of magenta. Does anyone know what is causing this? I can't find any answers or help with this problem or any info on how to interpret these diagnostic printouts? My magenta toner shows 80% full and due to the cost of these toners I hate to purchase another just to try it, plus it is printing some magenta colors. I did try uninstalling the printer and reinstalling it and that didn't help, I also tried printing the image from a different program and got the same results. I took the cartridge out and reinserted it with no luck. The toners are original HP toners. This has been very frustrating can anyone help me, or give me some idea's of what might be causing this, please?

did you try color calibration?

have you made sure the ITB is working properly?

are all rollers lifting when needed?

have you run any internal tests?

if you printout the error log does it show any errors?

have you cleaned the magenta laser lens?

what are page counts on PM parts?

have you disabled cartridge check and swapped cart around?

Thank you for your post, unfortunately I'm an end user not a tech so I don't know where or how to begin troubleshooting this problem and why I'm reaching out to a forum.

the 1st 2 items you suggest I don't know how to check and I don't know how to run internal tests, I don't see anything on the menu to do that.

I can try and find where the magenta laser lens is located. I have taken the cartridges out and cleaned all the metal contact points.

I can't find any option on this printer to disable the cartridges to swap them I don't believe it has that option.

The impressions on the configuration page shows
-total = 2626
-monochrome = 654
-color impressions - 1972
-jam events = 2
-mispick events = 15

One that same page it shows the following errors
54.1400
54.0600
54.1203

Just had a HP 570 stop printing yellow, changed toners, calibrated, turned out to be transfer belt problem. Had just replaced belt about a week before. put different belt in, got yellow back, put bad belt in, no yellow.
