HP LaserJet Enterprise M608n Grinding noise

    Hi
The noise is intermittent and when it happens it is usually at the start of the print cycle, Sounds like
it is coming from the top rear right side of the printer. I put some gear grease on the fuser and the paper eject gears
on the right side of machine although ALL the gears look pristine.Fuser also looks good and clean.80,000 prints on machine,
It would be easier if happens more frequently but fairly loud when it happens. Has anyone had this type of problem with this
machine? Only have seen a few but I thought I had same problem with another machine in this series but customer really didnt care about the noise,I was relieved
at that time when they told me that().
Any insight and help greatly not taken for granted.
    THANK YOU
    ANDY

did you lube the bushings? USE Tri-Flo oil on them.

you could always cheat the back door interlock and see if any gears/shafts are jumping

I would replace the fuser. These have a retraction mechanism for envelopes that may be slipping.
