what are you refering to exactly?

colors not matching whats on the pc, blurred image, distortions dropouts, etc...?

More specifics needed for more detailed solutions. Make sure same problem is occuring from contol panel as from PC. If its only from PC its very likely a software/communication problem and not the printer. Also, does the same problem occur when the configuration page is printed. What about if engine page is printed?

    You could try the following:

    1) Select color match in the color tab on the printer driver
    2) Change paper to different type, try OEM paper
    3) Avoid extremely light or dark colors that would be rendered white or black.
    4) Run multiple (at least 3) calibrations
    5) Try new transfer belt

    Hope this helps you.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".
