What does the message say exactly. It sounds like you are saying that you are running an alignment and it is failing. I might be able to help, but I need you to give more details.
Why are you running the alignment?
Will it print?
Did you change the printheads?
Did you clean the encoder?
How much life does the machine say is left on the printheads?

It is possible that the print heads are not the proper distance from the paper. There is an adjustment for that, but it requires a jig.
I looked in the manual and it says when you do the alignment, you should use bright white or gloss photo paper.
You need to check the printhead history, if they are changed too early, you must do a recovery.
