      can't tell by your profile if you are a trained tech or not.

      the PW printers are buggers... repairs are a bitch and very costly... manuals are only for trained HP techs. Most times HP requires them to be sent back to depot for repairs..as long as they are under warranty.

          No - I'm a one-man print shop and fix my own devices as things come up. Yeah... the Pagewide is great when it works & I figured this is going to be somewhat involved.
