HP M527 Unepected Size error in both tray 1 & 2.

Working on a HP M527 that is pulling up errors, "Unecpected Size Error" both in tray 1 & 2. 41.03.e2. i have replaced the paper feed rollers, cleaned all dust and debris from the paper path, replaced fuser, replaced toner cartridge and perfomred a firmware update. None of those solutions have worked. Any other ideas?

It sounds like a sensor is hanging. Run a diagnostic test. It's probably in the registration assembly or the registration assembly feed is hanging open.

Does it do it while printing or just copying?
