The printer comes to ready, no error codes show & will print. A cartridge needs replacing, but the cartridge draw is locked on the rh side, so won't slide out. Anyone know how to release it & what the problem may be pls?

So I found the cause of the problem. The front door opening mechanism is connected with the cartridge draw unlock via a slider that withdraws all 4 drives to the cartridges. The front of the plastic slider had broken away, so the door peg that pulls that slider forward was just passing through the gap where the plastic had broken away & therefore not disengaging the cartridge drives. It's too big a job to replace it, but by moulding a metal piece & gluing into place has sorted it.
