HP M255dw Color Laser printer no Magenta

I have toner in all my cartridges, but for some reason Magenta will not print. This problem started after I moved, although I had the printer well packed and I moved it myself

As you can see in the photo of the supply levels I have Magenta, but it isn't printing. I'm thinking of switching the chips around with another cartridge to see if the slot will work or if it's the cartridge, but the chips are well secured on the cartridges and I'm not sure I can switch them and still get them to work.

You need another magenta cartridge to test. switching chips won't help. beyond that it's something with the printhead (led or laser) and that's not worth fixing.
