[Misc] Scan Network Folder SMB fails

Hi everyone....
I have a problem scanning network folders on the HP E78625 printer. UNC folders every time I type the address \\hostname\Scan always fails. but if I type the address \\192.168.2.100\Scan is successful.
even though the address \\hostname\Scan I use on a different HP printer there is no problem.
please guide me on my problem

Have you checked whether the DNS settings are correct?
