First of all I'm at least the 3rd person to try to fix this printer. I have an HP E47528 that shows multiple faults. It displays a n error code of 30.01.44 Scanner Failure. It also shows the message Close the front door and Tray 2 cannot lift. I have been told that the DC controller was replaced. I have reseat all connectors on the DC controller and the formatter. I have verified that front door interlock is working, its getting 24vdc and switching it like it should. Does anyone have any ideas what might be the problem. As i said at the beginning, I'm the 3rd tech to mess with this printer. So I'm not sure what all has been done to it

So this printer has been BER'd. I Tried a couple more parts, including the LVPS. And was still getting the same errors. It was then decided to give up on it. So I had a service call for another E47528 that had a faulty ADF. So I tried swapping the ISA with this one. But I was getting the scanner failure fault. So looks like part of the problem was the ISA. Was told that it was replaced by a previous tech that had worked on it, but guess that was not the case. Any way it still would have had the other 2 faults, Toner Door open and tray 2 would not lift (suspect this would be fixed if it would recognize that the toner door was closed).
