Dear experts, good day. We ran into a problem on XP PageWide Pro MFP 477dw. After numerous head cleanings, the device issued an error 0xc6fd0002 and did not give anything else, neither print nor clean the head. Tell me who has encountered such a problem.

Why change it if you can restore it? Hasn't anyone tried to deal with the electrical part? What factors make the head go into error? Or are you so borates that you would change your head for $ 600 (for Russia, this is a lot of money).

You cannot repair the printhead. You must replace.
