What did you clean the belt with?
Did you clean the blade in the ITB unit?
Please explain ALL that you did.

I used cologne which is %70 alcohol I guess.

i cleaned the blade as well. But this model blade is more like brush rather than a plastic blade.

What other elements are in the cologne?
What did you use to apply it?
How many pages on the ITB?
        GENUINE TONERS OR TURD PARTY?
so many questions so little info.

It's weird but you must have done something. I'd take it back out, drop some toner or drum powder on it, turn it by hand to see where the drag is coming from.

Its just regular cologne. Nothing special in it. Applied with a soft cloth.
            total printouts 5628
I use third party toners but this is not about the toner.
            thanks

I suspect the wiper blade/brush. I cleaned it thoroughly thinking that there is no electronic involved in that but maybe some sort of coating was there?

I will try your suggestion today though

I'm thinking cologne must mean something different in other parts of the world, otherwise you have a nice sweet smelling printer with streaks.

                    Cleaning that brush with what?
I never touch the brush rollers.
