Ran into this issue and, before I found the fix, I'd tried this: - another/working toner ; checked memory antenna for continuity from the contacts to the chip, all the way to the connector; replaced HVPS ( since I had one at hand and the antenna plugs into it ) ; tried another formatter ( had one available). None of these cleared the error. Managed to lay my hands on a DC controller and that one finally solved my problem.
