I have a PageWide Pro MFP 772z that is shifting all print outs up on the page by approx. 1/2".
I've ruled out a software or driver issue as all pages printed, including copies, faxes, and every page from the control panel are affected. The printer is equipped with 3 trays, printouts from all trays are affected. It persists regardless of paper size settings.
I discovered running a "Paper Margin Calibration" from the Troubleshooting menu fixes it for exactly 1 page, then the problem comes right back.
Also tried a factory reset, no change.
Any ideas?
