[Misc] Ink Supply Unit

I have a HP Pagewide Enterprise 586z that is leaking ink from the supply reservoir behind the ink containers. Would anyone have a part number or know where I can find a replacement assembly? It is leaking between the reservoir and the tube, probably the rubber/foam bushings worn out.
